法務部調查小組明起運作 外部成員6人

法務部今(1)天調升新北地檢署檢察長蔡碧玉接任常務次長一職，並兼任濫權監聽調查小組召集人，成員共11人，包括6位外部成員和5位內部成員，預定明天上午10時在法務部召開首次會議，立即展開調查工作。

該小組的外部成員包括：律師公會全國聯合會理事長林春榮、法曹協會理事長高思博、司法人權促進會理事張明偉、台北律師公會理事長陳彥希、政大教授何賴傑、台灣刑事法學會前理事長余振華等6人。

內部成員則是除了召集人蔡碧玉之外，還有高雄地檢署檢察長蔡瑞宗、檢察司長張文政、廉政署副署長鄭銘謙、高雄高分檢檢察官王俊力等5人。
