【動新聞】預算案沒共識　美國政府關門

【綜合報導】由於美國國會參眾兩院，在10月1日零時的新會計年度開始前，未能就新年度臨時預算案達成共識，部分美國政府單位，從台灣時間中午12時起宣布關門。

從10月1日起，支領聯邦經費的醫療機構不能收治新病患，醫療諮詢熱線也停止服務；司法部也將暫停審理大部份的民事案件。另一方面，包括優勝美地國家公園、紐約自由女神像等超過350處國家公園及博物館，都會關上大門不對外營業，這是17年來美國政府首度關門。

這次美國政府關門後，將有80萬聯邦公務員被迫放無薪假，剛展現復甦跡象的美國經濟也面臨打擊，但諷刺的是在數十萬雇員被迫放無薪假，擔憂繳不出房貸、買不起食物時，導致政府關門的參眾兩院535名議員卻可以照拿薪水。
