嘉義縣溪口鄉前鄉長劉邦詩涉嫌貪汙圖利借牌圍標183萬元，去年潛逃大陸遭通緝，調查員28日從大陸押解劉邦詩回台，現任嘉義縣溪口鄉長的女兒劉純婷表示，家人希望他回台面對司法，一家早日團聚。

據報導，劉邦詩民國85年期間利用辦理溪口國小展演場新建工程，規避公開招標規定，圖利親友承攬工程。歷經多年審理，高等法院去年宣判有期徒刑4年6個月、褫奪公權3年，全案定讞。劉邦詩搭機潛逃至上海，遭嘉義地檢署通緝。

調查局表示，劉邦詩到大陸後靠親友接濟，不時更換住處，擔心被逮捕。調查局依「海峽兩岸共同打擊犯罪及司法互助協議」機制與大陸合作，日前劉邦詩被大陸公安緝獲，並在28日被押解返台。
