特偵組：林秀濤名下只有一支電話 監聽錯了立即聲請換線

特偵組遭到立法質疑非法監聽高檢署檢察官林秀濤，甚至連林秀濤的丈夫也被監聽。特偵組代理發言人楊榮宗今天澄清表示，由於林秀濤名下只有一支電話，依法監聽後才發現聽錯人，立即更改監聽電話。楊榮宗也解釋，因為監聽要等候譯文，會有時間差，絕非外界認為監聽多日。（杜大澂報導）

身陷立法院長關說疑雲的高檢署檢察官林秀濤，因為被爆出遭監聽，甚至她的女兒和丈夫也受害，讓特偵組再被立委砲轟。特偵組代理發言人楊榮宗二十八號澄清表示，林秀濤名下只有一支電話，監聽後發現不對，就立即停止。楊榮示也強調，對林秀濤的監聽也是依法聲請。「那一線電話，是因為林檢察官名下只有這支電話，我們上線監聽之後，等取回譯文一看不是，馬上就另外聲請一支實際使用的電話，這支實際使用的電話就登記在他人名下。」

至於，為什麼監聽錯人還要花三、四天才停止？楊榮宗解釋，除了擄人勒贖和毒品案件之外，因為監聽電話，要等收到譯文才知道，所以會有時間差，絕對不是非法監聽。
