整地糾紛　地主拿石頭砸死推土機駕駛

【黎百代／桃園報導】推土車駕駛劉貞淳（53歲）受僱在中壢市過嶺一處農地整地，9月12日下午被人發現死在進入農地的產業道路上，原本以為是起車禍案件，但警調查，劉男被人用石頭砸頭導致頭骨破裂致死。

警調閱監視器，發現一名騎腳踏車男子涉案，查出其身分是一名持分地主簡清源（51歲），昨晚至觀音鄉將簡男帶回。簡男供稱，其他持分地主將自己持分地出租，雖然他也是該塊地他是持分人之一但沒出租，劉姓駕駛整地時將他土地上幾棵烏心石樹推倒，當天他從觀音家中騎腳踏車再去關心，又發現劉姓駕駛又推倒他地上的樹，2人發生口角後扭打，劉姓司機拿木棍打他，氣憤下他拿起一旁地上石塊朝劉頭猛砸數下，看其沒反應後，又隨手地上撿一條電線勒頸，犯案後就離開。訊後依殺人罪送辦。
