特偵組疑似監聽立法院總機，民進黨主席蘇貞昌批評，特偵組已非監聽，而是竊聽，胡搞亂搞，馬政府假合法機構，用非法手段與非法資料，進行國民黨內部惡鬥，藉著所謂監聽，竊取在野黨活動，侵犯人民人權，已經到無法無天、令人毛骨悚然，人神共憤的地步，國民黨與馬總統應負責，檢察總長黃世銘要下台，不能再讓特偵組亂來。

蘇貞昌說，他從戒嚴時代走來，電話被監聽竊聽，是一輩子的經驗，國民黨現在更走回頭路，更囂張，馬總統毀憲亂政，沒有民主素養，人民深惡痛絕，覺得馬非常可恥、非常不應該，馬總統裝著神聖清高的模樣，做出這種事，讓人厭惡透頂。
