假車禍撞死男大生 害命搶匪判24年

〔自由時報記者項程鎮／台北報導〕無業男子何浚萬、邱俊文等人，因缺錢花用、又毒癮發作，兩度開著偷來贓車，故意撞倒前方機車，搶劫騎士財物，其中被害男大生楊順隆還被高速撞擊倒地慘死，最高法院依強盜致人於死等罪，將何、邱各判處24年、9年徒刑定讞。

判決指出，37歲何浚萬和26歲邱俊文等人，99年10月18日凌晨，開贓車行經嘉義大林省道上，追撞柯姓女子所騎機車，趁柯女倒地時，搶走2萬元現金、手機、提款卡等財物。

5天後，何某食髓知味，自行開贓車追撞男大生楊順隆騎乘的機車，導致楊腦部重度水腫死亡，皮包內的手機和幾百元現金皆被何搶走。

楊順隆過世後，父母含悲器捐，並提起民事求償，台南高分院民事庭日前判決何浚萬須賠償1292萬元；不過楊父強調，再多的錢也無法換回兒子，家屬不會原諒何，也不會與何和解，況且何沒錢，法院判賠家屬再多錢也沒有用。
