海軍試射標二防空飛彈屬遙測彈

海軍在台灣東部海域射擊標準二型防空飛彈，國民黨立委林郁方表示，這枚飛彈屬於訓練用遙測彈，在垂直升空到近7000公尺後，飛行近70公里擊中靶機。美方售我飛彈遙測系統，精準掌握這枚飛彈飛行路徑，我方已有能力自行試射與訓練，不須再赴美國海域進行試射。

海軍向林郁方口頭簡報，說明飛彈射擊的過程和結果後。但訓練用的遙測彈是否屬於沒有彈頭的空包彈？海軍解釋，這枚標準二型飛彈屬於遙測戰彈，雖然是訓練用彈藥，但仍有彈頭，是一種能釋放供遙測系統追蹤所需電子訊號的高價實彈，當時飛彈順利將靶機擊成碎片，命中目標。
