南投酒駕肇事衝撞小學生 一死一傷

南投仁愛鄉一位柯性民眾涉嫌酒後開車，衝撞兩位小學生，兩位小朋友一死一重傷，全案經警方偵訊後依違反公共危險與過失致死罪嫌移送法辦。

南投仁愛警分局表示，這起造成一死一重傷的車禍，是中秋節連續假期時所發生，一位柯性民眾在大白天與親友烤肉聚餐後涉嫌酒後開車，途經社區一處下坡路段時，從後衝撞兩位結伴、準備前往學校打球的國小學生，因衝撞力相當強，造成其中一名馬姓男童被撞飛到路旁民宅的牆壁後，又反彈倒栽蔥的跌落地面，導致頭顱破裂，當場不幸傷重死亡，另一位卓姓小朋友也嚴重骨折。

經到場處理員警針對肇禍的柯姓駕駛進行酒測、酒測值高達0.82，幾乎已經呈現沒有意識狀態，還膽敢酒後開車，才會失控衝撞兩位男童，造成一死一重傷的慘劇，令受害男童的家屬是悲痛不已。

全案經警方偵訊後，除了將深入追查車禍發生真正原因外，也依違反公共危險與過失致死罪嫌，先行將全案移送法辦。
