天兔來襲　玉山封山至明天晚間6點

【高堂堯／南投報導】強颱天兔來襲，南投縣各地至目前為止只有零星風雨，縣政府仍公告「玉山、太魯閣國家公園」南投轄內登山路線，濁水溪、烏溪及其支流區域範圍，南投轄內土石流潛勢溪流地區，以及仁愛鄉精英村廬山溫泉區、水里鄉新山村、信義鄉同富村、神木村等區域，都暫列為管制區，並宣布竹山鎮天梯、南投市天空之橋21日休園一天。

縣府指出，上述管制時間至9月22日下午6時止，禁止民眾前往從事登山、健行活動，河川(水域)禁止從事水上活動、釣魚、工作、撿拾石頭、搶收農作物或其他類似活動，違反公告規定者，依據災害防救法第39條規定，處新台幣5萬元以上25萬元以下罰鍰。
