標題[請益]手機突然無法接電話和撥電話的原因?

我的手機是HTC One SC T528d 大概是在禮拜三的時候 在我想接電話時 他突然自動重開機 我還以為是我按到結束通話 才發現根本已關機重開 當下接了第二次還是一樣 然後就會有傳送當機報告的訊息 上面是寫:本機從異常重設中復原.. 當下覺得很奇怪 明明昨天還好好的 結果 我隔天想打電話時 發現竟然連撥打電話也會自動重新開機!! 只要按下連絡人撥出的那瞬間 螢幕就會熄掉... 有人跟我說先撥給客服 問問怎麼辦 但我手機根本不能打 現在又在連假 昨天晚上受不了 直接先去問問通訊行 他說可能是某些應用程式影響造成 要我先將手機還原重設 請問 我該先試試看通訊行說的 還是要送修比較好呢? 目前只能靠臉書和LINE連絡別人 好麻煩 好困擾~所以來這邊請教大家ˊˋ 謝謝 > ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.142.120.27
