ICAO稱「中國的台北民航局」　綠委批降格

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨立委管碧玲上午指出，根據ICAO（國際民航組織）發給民航局參加第38屆國際民航組織大會的邀請函，以「Chinese Taipei Civil Aeronautics Administration」稱呼，就是「中國的台北民航局」，比世界衛生組織邀請函「Department of Health, Chinese Taipei」（中華台北衛生署）還不如。管碧玲痛批，馬政府參加每一個國際組織，就打破更低落的國際地位紀錄，一步步淪落中國所屬，國人應嚴肅面對並譴責。

管碧玲再批，外交部、交通部一再聲稱民航局長沈啟率團以特邀貴賓的身分出席，但邀請函只是寫「as my guests」，根本是自我吹噓、說謊欺騙。管碧玲要求，外交部必須儘速出面說明，為何接受「中國的台北民航局」稱呼？「到底是誰同意的？為何說謊？」
