【短片】天兔陸警發布　暴風圈明凌晨觸陸地

【張勵德／台北報導】中央氣象局今天上午8時30分發布強颱天兔陸上颱風警報，陸上警戒區域包括台東、綠島、蘭嶼、恆春半島及屏東，預計明天凌晨暴風圈將逐漸接觸到台灣陸地。氣象局表示，隨著天兔持續逼近台灣陸地，未來陸上警戒區域將持續擴大，明天一整天將是颱風最接近陸地的時候，請民眾要提早做好防颱準備。
 
根據氣象局最新觀測資料顯示，目前強颱天兔中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南東方560公里海面上，以時速18公里速度向西北西移動，近中心最大陣風達到55公尺，暴風圈半徑廣達280公里，結構相當紮實。
 
受到天兔的外圍環流影響，目前大台北地區、基隆及宜蘭已出現間歇性降雨，蘭嶼已經測德13級強陣風，台東也觀測到4米大浪。氣象局提醒，目前恆春半島、東半部沿海及綠島、蘭嶼已有長浪發生，其他沿海地區也有較強陣風出現，請民眾不要前往海邊活動。另外，因適逢大潮期間，沿海低窪地區要慎防淹水及海水倒灌。
