所謂的派遣，就是要找人的公司因為不想負擔勞健保跟一些正職員工的福利，委託人力仲 介公司尋找人力，將相關的福利由人力仲介出，然後把找到的人力派到業主公司。 基本上，加入派遣公司的人力是屬於人力仲介公司，業主公司就相當於客戶，而工作地點 是在業主公司。如果你沒有相關的一技之長，像是第二外語如日語或是其他國的語言，單 純出勞力的派遣基本上跟血汗工廠沒什麼兩樣，而且業主公司如果看你不順眼，隨時跟派 遣公司說一聲，你就掰了；而如果你對現在的工作環境或福利有所要求，也不能直接向業 主公司提出，要經過人力仲介公司去跟業主公司談才有機會調整。 你現在是剛畢業的新鮮人，儘量去面試，即使失敗也沒關係，反正面試不是只有一次，多 累積一些面試經驗，對找工作是有利的。不要一開始就跟派遣公司打交道，除非你是有一 技之長，對於這種需要專業領域的派遣公司可以考慮之外，基本上還是以找正職為目標比 較好。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.68.208.75
