Surface RT內建的Skype無法直接用原有的PC上Skype帳號登入？

買的Surface RT目前都很滿意，我都是用Office RT工作，相容性已經很滿意了，不玩Game。但是用內建的Skype無法用PC上的帳號登入。我的Surface RT登入是用本機帳號，不是用微軟帳號登入。是否要遵照 Skype的要求，一定要申請微軟帳號，才能使用RT的軟體，包括免費的？先謝謝各位！
