擒狼烏龍？日客誠品朝聖　被指偷拍女性裙底遭壓制

一名來台自助旅行的40歲日籍男子，因聽聞誠品敦南店24小時營業，特地前往朝聖，卻因被民眾懷疑偷拍女性裙底風光，當場遭到保全及在場民眾聯手壓制。警方將他帶回警局檢視其手機後，並未發現偷拍照，因無犯罪證據已讓他離去。

據了解，這名日籍男子17日晚間11時左右，慕名到24小時營業的誠品敦南店朝聖，未料有在場顧客認為他舉止怪異，進而向保全反映，而當他發現保全靠近，立刻轉身要離開時，遭到民眾、誠品員工及保全壓制，勒住脖子並將其雙手反折。

目擊民眾向警方表示，認為這名男子行為詭異，不斷接近一位女性顧客，且看起來不像在選購書籍，似乎是在偷拍女顧客的裙底風光。而因這名日籍男子並未攜帶護照等可證明身分的證件，遭警方帶回警局調查。

不過，警方查看日籍男子的手機後，並未發現有任何偷拍照，到其下榻飯店的房間，也沒有發現任何偷拍器材，最後因查無實證，警方則讓日籍男子自由離去。
