潛水客撿拾九孔　遭誤認偷竊

【戴之聖／基隆報導】住在新北市土城區35歲薛姓男子本身是潛水愛好者，日前到新北市貢寮區的九孔池潛水時，在池內撿拾九孔12顆與其他貝殼類等海中生物，剛好被九孔池主人發現，以為薛男是竊賊所以報警處理。

薛男辯稱，以為這是廢棄的九孔池，加上又沒有明顯標示或圍欄，才會撿拾九孔。基隆地檢署認為，薛男確實沒有犯意，因此以不起訴處份。
