門號退租老梗詐欺 上半年已騙百萬元

門號退租免違約金是老梗詐騙手法，不過，根據一六五專線統計，今年上半年這類詐騙就有15起，總共財損金額高達102萬元。警方調查，歹徒看準被害人和電信經銷商有糾紛，佯稱要介入協助退租，實際上卻是以先墊款再退費的理由，向被害人詐騙。

彰化一名劉姓男子在電信經銷商的慫恿下辦了二支手機門號，但衍生糾紛，他向電信公司申訴，以保留門號的方式達成和解，不過，日後劉姓先生又接到自稱電信公司主管來電，表示不肖經銷商的申訴案件太多了，現在專案受理門號退租，但要先代墊一些費用，事後再行退費，劉先生不疑有詐，按照指示付款，總共被騙了五萬多元。

刑事局預防科警官鄭加仁表示，雖然這是老梗詐騙手法，但上半年總共財損金額就有上百萬元。

警方研判，歹徒應該掌握了申辦門號的個資，又發現有糾紛，趁火打劫從中詐騙得逞。警方呼籲，取消門號到電信公司營運據點辦理，還是比較安全。
