小妹我去年高雄某餐飲系畢業， 原本想轉戰飯店櫃檯，做了五個月後認為我還是適合餐廳跑跑跳跳的工作 於今年五月到一間員工數（+我 +老闆）總共四人的小餐廳… 小餐廳好處是可以學到各種經營的大小事，但久了還是覺得…決定權都還是在老闆身上，我終究是個打雜的呀… 薪水上個月加薪後=27k，月休六，但工時是10：30-14：30 ，16：30-清潔完畢（11、12點） 當然，上面的兩頭班工時只是寫寫…早到晚退也不可能會有加班費… 轉折點是在我之前跌倒過的膝蓋… 最近天氣變化，我的右膝蓋又再抗議了。 右膝蓋上班時都會帶護膝，但也導致壓力不自覺的給到左邊膝蓋… 有人會說 時機差，工作難找 但我膝蓋真的不太舒服，也真的越來越厭惡兩頭班一整天奉獻給餐廳的生活… （還是說只是我太草莓？那大家就儘管用力噓我吧！） 難道服務業就是這樣嗎？ 必須甘願付出勞力 心力，直到你身心都被耗光為止… -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.219.58.129
