搖擺嗆媒體 酒駕校長判刑3月

新竹縣長安國小校長黃坤政6月初酒駕被查獲依公共危險罪嫌送辦，在媒體查證時怒嗆「有撞死人嗎？」「了不起退休！」掀起不小波瀾。新竹地方法院審理，認為黃在檢方偵查時態度良好，判處有期徒刑3月，諭知易科罰金每日2000元計，以示懲儆。

縣府教育處副處長李國祿指出，黃坤政發生酒駕問題後，縣府即予停職移送公懲會議處，公懲會決議「降職改敘」，黃目前仍在請長假中，刑事判決後，縣府會站在學校長遠發展、學生教學及社會觀感等考量，與黃校長溝通後做處理。

法官認為黃坤政身為國小校長，理應更謹言慎行，因酒駕新制是6月13日實施，黃是在6月5日觸法，且未肇事，比較新舊法後，認舊法對黃較有利，判處上述之刑。
