我在2011年購入sony KDL-40EX520 不明原因而故障送修(保固內)
但公司回覆,無料件無法修復..
則告知要換一台電視給我型號為 sony KDL-42W650A

因小的對電視規格不熟悉 是否可以請各位大大幫小弟評估一下 如此換機是否在規格上合理
如果不合理該如何要求??
