北京時間9月17日晚間消息，成人雜誌《閣樓》的出版商FriendFinder Networks(FFNT.PK)周二申請破保護。該公司在破檔案中稱，希望藉此降低債務負擔，此前公司某些貸款的償付遭遇了困難。

FriendFinder Networks提交破法庭的檔案顯示，這家控股公司所估算的債務在5億至10億美元之間，而資已不到1000萬美元。除知名的《閣樓》的外，FriendFinder還經營adultfriendfinder.com等網站。

湯森路透集團的財務數據顯示，至少從2008年以來FriendFinder就沒有實現過凈盈利。而今天的法庭檔案顯示，在截至2013年6月30日的四個財季中，該公司的總營收還有2.937億美元。

FriendFinder在檔案中還稱：“雖然用戶興趣依舊訪問量也很高，但本公司已不能向第一順位票據的持有人支付某些款項，也不能向第二順位票據持有人支付現金，依據各自的契約這些已構成違約。”FriendFinder指出，已經與某些高級債的債權人達成了重組資負債表的協議，公司已啟動破保護申請以執行資本重組計劃。

2010年，主要競爭對手花花公子娛樂公司曾報價2.1億美元收購FriendFinder，但這一交易后來宣告破裂。(立悟/編譯)
