馬：對王金平的處分合法也是正辦

馬英九總統今天接受「中天新聞」專訪，為國民黨撤銷立法院長王金平的處分做辯護。馬總統說，根據憲法規定和大法官解釋，不分區立委名單是反映政黨的意志和政策。以台聯前立委林世嘉為例，台聯將林世嘉除名，沒有經過任何程序，「為何就沒人去談程序正義」？

馬總統說，不分區立委的產生，是根據單一選區兩票制中的政黨票，理應對政黨負責；區域立委是選民投票產生，所以是對選民負責。對不分區立委的處分，只有用政黨撤銷黨籍的方式，這也是憲法規定的正辦。
