江揆：盼政務勿受政治紛擾影響

立法院今開議，行政院長江宜樺赴立院施政報告，民進黨團立委也化身為「黑衫軍」，誓言不讓江揆上台。江揆進入議場前受訪時表示，今天依照憲法規定到立法院施政報告並備總質詢，希望政務正常推動，不要因政治紛擾而受影響。

江宜樺說，事發那一兩天曾被詢及立法院開議將有紛擾，行政院是否做好準備？他當時回答就是，不管國民黨考紀會結果如何，即使有波動「在所難免」，行政部門會做好心理準備，意思就是不管立法院是否因此發生院長改選，或是立法院長王金平繼續主持，行政部門必須做好準備。

江揆表示，就像中秋節有颱風侵襲台灣，外界詢問會不會影響中秋節，行政部門因應為何？他一貫的回答就是，不管是否登錄，行政部門一定會做好準備，「原意就是如此，不希望被誤解」。
