複合式災難擬真演練　歡迎市民觀摩參與

【余思維／台北報導】由於現今許多天然災害發生後，可能引發成為複合式災難，台北市政府明天下午2時，在北投垃圾焚化場舉辦擬真演練，教導民眾於災難發生時，自我防護與應變處置方式，歡迎民眾提前到場觀摩參與。　

這次演練假定台灣東北方發生芮氏規模8強震，造成房屋倒塌民眾受困，引發海嘯重襲核電廠有輻射外洩危機，內容包括核災演練、地震演練、收容安置演練，讓民眾能從演練中獲取難得經驗。
