國道警破詐騙車手集團　帶頭的僅17歲

【張貴翔／新北報導】1名17歲張姓少年因高中肄業後，平日無所事事，便找來16歲蕭姓少年與15歲劉姓少年共組詐騙集團，平時都受綽號「泰山」的男子從中國以電話遙控犯案，手法都以冒用台北地檢署、台北市刑大、健保局等名義詐騙被害人。

昨天國道公路刑警隊趁3人取款時一舉逮獲，並在3人身上搜出贓款65萬2000元、7支手機、位造的臺北地檢署偵查卷宗及法務部假扣押處分命令各1張；目前正追查是否有其他共犯，並將3人以詐欺及偽造文書罪嫌移送偵辦。
