【綜合報導】立法院會上午因朝野協商，議事持續停擺。立法院長王金平因此宣布2點繼續協商。

立法院長接受訪問時表示，11點35分朝野第二次協商時，在野黨已願意退讓，暫不處理電價緩漲及廢核四的訴求，而江揆道歉、廢除特偵組等訴求，則交回藍黨團內部溝通，下午再繼續協商。另外，行政院長行政院長江宜樺，下午有沒有機會上台報告？王金平語帶保留，表示「可能可以，也有可能不行」。
