陪審團推動聯盟今於立法院召開 記者會，指特偵組濫權監聽、起 訴的問題嚴重，呼籲司法院推動 檢查制度改革，廢除檢察官上訴 權，避免二重訴訟的危險；廢特 偵組；設大陪審團，限制檢察官 濫訴；於立法院司法及法制委員 會下設監督監聽小組等四大主張 。
