國泰金9月經濟信心調查　信心不足動能弱

【林巧雁／台北報導】國泰金控今天發布9月國民經濟信心調查結果為「信心不足、動能仍弱」，景氣現況與樂觀指數雙雙下滑，股市樂觀指數也下跌，民眾投資轉保守，通膨預期也衝擊消費意願。
 
雖然歐美經濟逐步好轉，然而QE縮減規模預期、新興市場動盪、敘利亞戰爭疑慮及國內電價調漲等不確定因素，都是民眾對景氣前景樂觀度下滑的可能原因。本月景氣現況與展望樂觀指數雙降，分別下滑至-25.4與-19.8。
 
受經濟及資金不確定因素影響，民眾風險偏好無法延續前月的小幅反彈，本月股市樂觀與風險偏好指數皆轉為保守。34.8%的民眾認為未來半年台股走勢下跌，23.1%認為股市會上漲，24.2%認為不變，17.9%表示不知道。

10月將調漲電價，加上國際油價近期上漲及颱風影響衝擊，本月物價上漲預期指數大幅跳升，通膨預期壓力似乎衝擊民眾消費意願，耐久財及大額消費意願均下滑，內需疲弱恐無力大幅推升經濟成長動能。
