過彎甩尾的用意何在?

甩尾與否是路況+胎況+賽事本質的綜合考量

路面對輪胎橫向移動(甩尾)的阻力造成的速度損失 VS 減速與加速的時間損失 = 甩尾與否的選擇

標準的柏油路賽道：這種比賽唯一目的是在競速
路面的摩擦力大(輪胎能發揮抓地力，甩尾會過度減速)、通常比賽會有用胎限制
為了保護輪胎，所以不會刻意甩尾

WRC之類的比賽：這種比賽應該說是競速+越野+花式特技的綜合體
路況通常都很差，碎石砂土爛泥...什麼都有，路面的摩擦力小，輪胎本身就容易打滑
維持車速與引擎轉速比較重要，所以甩尾、衝水坑、衝土坡.....什麼畫面都有

至於一般市區或山區的道路飆車，你可以看頭文字D動畫，也不是每一台車都在玩甩尾的
