寄子彈給曾勇夫 男罰5萬元

〔自由時報記者侯柏青／台北報導〕有竊盜前科的45歲楊姓男子，去年9月寫信給前法務部長曾勇夫，信裡暗藏2顆生鏽子彈，法務部呈報曾勇夫後報警處理。楊男辯稱，只是想請曾幫忙，不是恐嚇他，台北地院不信其說詞，判他拘役50天，折合易科罰金5萬元，可上訴。

檢方依恐嚇罪起訴楊男，楊男向法官說，他沒有恐嚇，因和莊女打官司，希望曾勇夫能幫忙處理這起刑事案件，才會寫信求助，並把撿到的子彈一併送到法務部。

但法官認為，子彈不是隨意拿得到的物品，也不能隨便擁有，楊男應該知道寄子彈給別人，會讓別人感覺生命受到威脅；楊男恐嚇曾勇夫的意味很明顯。
