輕颱天兔擾中秋　彭啟明：不排除中心登陸

【綜合報導】第19號輕颱天兔於今天凌晨正式生成，氣象達人彭啟明在臉書提醒民眾，要注意明後天可能發布的警報，適時調整中秋假期活動，絕對會受到干擾。

彭啟明也表示，周五到周六是天兔最接近台灣的時候，而這時候的變化趨勢可能還有很大變動空間，整個變動的機率，仍然不排除有暴風圈碰觸台灣陸地或是中心登陸的機會。並提醒民眾今年風勢較強，不合適進行戶外燒烤，建議民眾可以選擇更有衛生、品質的烹調方式來度過中秋。
