黃國昌關閉臉書，「為自己良心負責」

中研院法律所副研究員黃國昌，晚間10點在臉書上發表「最後一篇網誌」，內容提到他只求為自己的良心負責，無法忍受被視為任何政治人物的幕僚，以及自己的發言被視為配合政治操作。

他留言給立委，應將王金平和柯建銘送紀律委員會。並指檢察總長黃世銘應為第一線默默努力的檢察官，自己請辭。

他還留言給民進黨，希望他們不要喪失理想，否則只是台灣國民黨。給馬英九的留言，則是提醒馬如果沒勇氣面對憲法法庭的審判，請退居虛位元首。
