標題[請益] 因公出差感染流感,公司不給防疫假?

上周於大陸上海出差,數天後開始發燒,肌肉痠痛,頭昏腦脹等症狀 趕緊訂機票回台就醫 快篩確診為A型流感,開始服用克流感並建議在家隔離,上網查知有防疫假後 通知主管後就自行在家隔離五天,不料今天HR竟然告知因疾管局把A型流感降級 所以也取消防疫公假了! 我的疑問是 1.是配合公司出差任務，在出差期間於"疫區上海"感染流感並出現發高燒症狀 如沒有這次因公出差，我根本不會感染流感也無須花錢看醫生又請假隔離 2.無論是H1N1,H7N9或其他種高危險流感，快篩都僅能檢測出是A型流感並會施用克流感 不知道為何公司一併認為A型都屬於H1N1等較溫和類型? 3.此為因公出差故感染流感，如公司不給予防疫公假，是否有任何管道尋求賠償補助? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.218.62
