五股建案「W未來」開賣　主攻首購

【張菱育／台北報導】新北市五股洲子洋重劃區房價相對台北市便宜，吸引鄰近的新莊副都心和五股新市鎮人口移入，推案熱烈，茂德建設今下午公開「W未來」每坪開價45~48萬元。

「W未來」基地約1303坪，共推出222戶(含店面10戶)，規劃地上15層、地下4層大樓，房型有2~4房；以小坪數為銷售主力，其中2房共113戶、21~23坪；3房共72戶、32~38坪；另有4房產品27戶、為44~45坪。

現場專案經理廖大維表示，「W未來」已開始動工，每坪開價45~48萬元，總銷約30億元，邊建邊售鎖定首購族，另也有換屋型的中坪數產品。
