阿富汗1煤礦坍塌 至少27人罹難

阿富汗官員今天(15日)表示，阿富汗北部薩曼甘省(Samangan)的1座煤礦14日晚間突然坍塌，至少有27名礦工遇難。

薩曼甘省省長發言人阿齊齊(Sediq Azizi)說，救難人員已經發現了罹難的27名礦工，另外還有22人受傷。

當地警方首長貝赫扎德(Akram Behzad)說，所有受困礦工都已經獲救。

一般估計，阿富汗擁有價值1兆美元的未開發礦物資源，但過去數十年來的戰爭和不穩定嚇跑了大多數投資人。

阿富汗政府說，他們預計，在大多數西方國家的軍隊撤離之後，從2014年起的10年期間，阿富汗每年將有高達40億美元的礦產收益；而在2012年，阿富汗的礦產收益還不到1億5,000萬美元。

根據美國五角大廈2010年簡報資料，阿富汗的主要礦產資源為鐵礦砂，估計價值將近4,210億美元，另外還有銅礦床價值2,730億美元。

然而，阿富汗的不安全情勢以及生產安全標準鬆弛阻礙了相關投資。
