公寓陽台竄濃煙　燒花盆民眾自撲

【突發中心／新北報導】今天清晨4時許，民眾發現新莊民安街一棟公寓陽台冒出火煙，立即通報消防隊前往，警消抵達後，屋主已自行將起火處熄滅，查看後發現燃燒一盆花盆，確認無人受傷後，結束一場虛驚。
