關說風暴延燒，政治效應擴大。前副總統呂秀蓮今晚透過幕僚發出新聞稿表示，馬總統非法逼退立法院長王金平，嚴重破壞憲政體制，突顯行政獨裁、摧毀台灣民主，已是「不適任的國家領導人」。她決定成立「公民罷馬聯盟」，下周一正式成立，邀請各界人士加入。
