新北市衛生局公布芳福企業供貨下游名單，新竹市禾丰食品所生產油蔥香也中招，業者已自行下架、回收並通報。

新北市衛生局追查發現，芳福向強冠進貨「精豬油」，以3：7比例混合製成「芳福香豬油」出售下游廠商；即便食品業者委託芳福客製化的豬油（未混入全統豬油），也因被查出製程中管線交叉污染，認定相關產品需下架回收，並通報相關縣市衛生局。

新竹市衛生局食品衛生科長林雪玲說，禾丰食品為使用芳福問題油的下游廠商，今天前往稽查時已在現場封存860.7公斤的油蔥香，至於已賣出的部分，正持續追蹤，會再向衛生局回報。

林雪玲也指出，禾丰食品知道旗下產品有問題時，有自主通報衛生局，並下架處理。目前新竹受影響的下游業者，除了新竹的6家雞排攤商外，再來就是禾丰食品的油蔥香。

新竹市政府呼籲食品業者，如果有使用或販售問題油，應主動停止製造、加工、販賣，並主動通報衛生局，如果違反規定，將可處新台幣3萬元到300萬元罰鍰。(中央社)
