各位前輩們好，小弟退伍正在找第一份工作 新鮮人.只有實習經驗 112工科碩班畢業 想找國際業務的工作 目前得到一個offer是必須外派廈門(鎢鋼廠) 對方開40K(NT)底薪 500~1000(RMB)零用金 3個月可返台一次(起迄共7天) 另外有提說到每月另有績效獎金（直屬主管每月評比工作等各方面表現薪資會調整 ） 40K是當時HR問預設薪資時.自己用留在台灣的預設去回答的 而對方後來也果真開這價碼..... 因為不確定這產業是不是主要是靠底薪而非業績 想問一下這樣的工作機會該衝嗎?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.14.20.9
