標題[問題] 工作簽約

板上的各位好 小妹剛找到一份工作 然後一進去公司要求簽署一系列的紙本 其中兩份覺得深感納悶不太敢簽 還請幫忙解惑 1.員工保證書 要兩人當保證人,直系血親跟配偶不得當保證人 但同事是跟我講說找父母就好 小妹第一次遇到沒有概念Q_Q 2.離職約定書 若試用期間(三個月)或期滿合格後,若未提前一個月通出辭職 就要賠償一個月的薪資 (另外試用未滿一週不發薪水) 這不合法吧???簽了有效力嗎? 他是一間小公司 而且薪水不高 小妹最近被逼急了有點需要這份工作 請問簽了有具法律效力嗎? 還是明天跟公司說能否拒簽? 如果以上兩個都不太好小妹還是會勇敢提離職的QQ 先謝謝大家了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.134.45.65
