遠航空服員徵才 數千人應徵

遠東航空招募空服員起薪4萬元，如果再選上形象大使，另外加薪15%，徵選第一天就吸引數千位考生，其中有台大雙學士學位的高材生，還有體大碩士的舞者，因為空服員形象良好、起薪高，他們畢業後的工作首選都是空服員。

烈陽下大排長龍，清一色白衣黑裙、梳起整齊包頭，應徵空服員的考生，第一關就要看看身高有沒有過關。脫下高跟鞋舉起雙手，必須達到208公分，緊接著，要克服緊張進行面試。有的考生大方自若，有的緊張到雙手發抖。遠東航空招募新人，採取現場報名，徵選第一天早上8點不到，就有3百多人拿著履歷來排隊，人海中，出現明星臉，成為全場焦點。

張芸榕大學剛畢業，在虛擬機艙前展示餐車服務，笑容甜美，還大方跳街舞秀才藝。不只高學歷，身高也高人一等，190公分的吳曉非，畢業後第一份工作首選就是空服員，而同樣「學非所用」的，還有她。跳起民族舞蹈，展現優美身段，今年24歲的許惠宜，體大碩士畢業，是舞團舞者，還有多張證照。

報考1300位，選25名，錄取率不到1%，不過，起薪4萬起跳，選上形象大使還會加薪15%，空服員職業還是讓畢業生趨之若鶩。
