不好意思 此篇是幫我女友問的（因為她不會用PTT） 今天她接到快特電波的錄取 主要是做行銷企劃人員（主管告知會至國外出差） 工作地點在內湖總部 該公司為國內四大專業電磁波檢測及安規認證廠商 這是他們公司新開的部門 所以獎金制度他們據說還在研討 她目前工作經驗約兩年 第一份工作在國內最大的出版集團做網路行銷業務 第二份就現在在世界第五大的行銷公司台灣總公司通路行銷的業務主任 目前待遇是約高出35K，年終一個月，沒獎金，但工作時間是不怎麼加班 但台灣這邊的總公司文化不大好 快特電波開的待遇是約低於35K，三個月過試用就跟現在的底薪一樣 因為當時問人資，年終，三節，是否一年一調薪 對方都回答要看當年度營收狀況 想請較一下是否有大概年終，三節，調薪的狀況指點一下 因目前還在猶豫要不要接下這份工作 網路上有查過三節可能的狀況 其他部分真的查不大到 謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.1.177.198 ※ 編輯: shoplove 來自: 106.1.177.198 (09/13 18:54)
