俄精神病院大火 死亡增至37人

俄羅斯西北部諾夫哥羅地區(Novgorod)魯卡村(Luka)的歐克索奇(Oksochi)精神病院，今天(13日)凌晨發生大火，當地調查人員表示，大火燒毀整棟建築，造成37人死亡。

魯卡村位在聖彼得堡(Saint Petersburg)東南方220公里處。

這場火警發生在今天凌晨3時(台灣時間今天上午7時)，起火之後，大火迅速吞沒這棟19世紀的古老木造建築。

當地官員先前指出，事發當時，這棟建築中有60個人，其中23人安全撤出，現在證實，其餘37人全部罹難。

俄羅斯緊急事務部指出，當局長期以來一再警告，這棟建築不安全，要求他們關閉；但是醫院所有人卻取得許可，可以使用到明年。

俄羅斯的消防紀錄不佳，在2012年，據報有1萬2千人死於火災。相較之下，美國人口大約是俄國的2倍，但是2011年因為火災死亡的人數大約為3千人。

今年4月，莫斯科1家精神瘋人院也發生類似的大火，造成38人死亡。
