彰化市 其實不缺腹地 彰南路、彰興路、金馬路那邊還有一堆地 一些學校、政府機關、台化等等也佔了不少地 如果像台中那樣遷走市政府 勢必可以帶動另一波人潮&錢潮(首推交通要便利) 舊市區這塊，因為地主都不想自己財產受損 加上政府機關也不遷 整合太困難 最後像台中舊市區一廣、繼光街等等 就算再蓋個mall(新時代)也無法挽回逐漸沒落的事實 商場就是要賺錢，從來都是看地段在蓋的 錦上添花有可能...雪中送炭賠錢事 impossible -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.23.67.43
