中國時報【（林郁平）】

警政署統計，今年1至7月全國電話詐欺（含手機簡訊）共發生1943件，較去年同期減少4成，苗栗、台東縣並保持完美的零發生；而165反詐騙諮詢專線也成功攔阻詐騙電話221件，即時攔阻被騙金額1946萬，使歹徒詐騙未遂達1億7334萬元。
