1.目前在老家住，是約30年老公寓，前陣子高雄強降雨，導致牆面滲濕多處，有的地方甚至油漆突起，剝落(並長出類似白色毛絮的東西)，請各位推薦口碑不錯的抓漏師傅，因沒什麼錢，請推薦經濟實惠即可(上次有請XX公司來看，他說整面牆須打掉重蓋，約3個月工時)
2.因近期有成家打算，因收入僅25K，存款+父母贊助約1,000K，想說老公寓即可，因須照顧長輩，想找鼓山區房子，可是目前似乎越漲越可怕，中古屋從99年8.9萬-102年11萬(我上591都看單價最低的物件)，新建案從早期(水山硯.愛琴海.印象...)到近期(美術川.淳美術....)大樓2房從15萬漲到21萬/坪，請問有建議的物件嗎?
