【蕭文康／宜蘭報導】兩岸電子商務搭橋預計明天將舉行閉門會議，其中，最受台灣電子商務業者關切赴中國設點的持股比重，業者將建議從目前的55%提高至67%，對此，網家（8044）董事長詹宏志指出，當然期望從資本管理的角度來看，「能夠更開放、更自由。」

詹宏志進一步指出，台灣電子商務業者登陸發展的持股比例從55%提高到67%，但網家會在各個管理政策的進展中，安排自己的營運架構，持股55%已是突破，提高到67%是重要的議題，在公司治理上具有重要意義，因為取得2/3股權，也就可取得議案的多數決。

台北市商業會理事長王令麟表示，東森集團將爭取首張台資ICP執照，成立東森全球電子商務公司，除帶領台灣中小企業進軍中國市場，未來更將與中國業者共同合作，將兩岸優質商品銷往全球華人市場。
