涉關說風暴　陳守煌弟臉書挺兄

【胡守得／台北報導】台高檢檢察長陳守煌的弟弟陳守煒，臉書上舉自己車禍親身經歷指出，被對方告後，當時身為法務部政務次長的哥哥陳守煌卻只「勸我務必將心比心，沒為親弟弟向承辦檢察官關說，怎可能會因接到王金平電話而改變他的行事態度」。這場車禍陳守煒最後賠30萬給對方、和解，獲台北地檢署不起訴。
 
陳守煒臉書表示，去年5月開車經台北市敦化南路被一婦女騎腳踏車闖紅燈撞到，叫救護車送醫，並請保險公司洽談理賠，明明我是受害人，去年8月卻被對方告，我當庭向檢察官力爭「真相只有一個，哪可能雙方都是綠燈？」；當時家兄（陳守煌）是政務次長，只勸我將心比心，體會對方感受，沒為親弟弟向承辦檢察官關說，怎可能會因接到王金平電話而改變他的行事態度。
