工人施工疑漏電　停車民眾發現送醫命危

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市深溪路1處停車場，今天下午4時許，發生1起工人遭電擊意外；前往停車的民眾發現1名工人倒臥地上無反應，立即報警送醫，工人送醫時已無生命跡象，目前正在醫院搶救中。
